Stallholders' (non motor trade) pitches
We welcome stallholders who sell products/services which are either vintage in theme or are related to British classic and sports cars.
Set in the lovely grounds of Cowdray House, overlooked by the South Downs, our showground should have a feel of the traditional English fair about it, in keeping with its rural setting.
Stallholders wil be located on the cricket ground, where music will be performed in the morning and the afternoon.

Please note: If you are a motor trader (parts, service, motor supplies etc) you will need a motor trader stand and not a stallholder pitch. Please contact us for details.
About your pitch
Your pitch is a 5m x 4m piece of ground in a field at an outdoor event, so you will need to bring your own gazebo/tent, trestle tables, and whatever other equipment your display requires.
If you need power, you would need to bring your own generator (the quiet variety please).
There is a water stand pipe on the showground for filling up bottles etc.
The ticket price includes parking and entry for all your staff (max 2 vehicles and 5 staff per pitch).
Let us know if you need more space.
